Valentine
- Rating:

- Director:
- Starring: David Boreanaz
- Details: US / 95 mins / (18).
Having mercilessly teased a geeky boy in high school, a group of beautiful career girls are savagely killed, one by one. Leaving a calling card at the scene of each crime, the murderer seems intent on letting the girls know that their past is coming back to haunt them. Directed by the auteur of the disastrously bad Urban Legends, Valentine is schlock, predictable slasher horror by numbers. Bereft of any imagination when it comes to building a sense of tension or dramatics, Valentine instead relies on a huge body count, and copious shots of a scantily clad Denise Richards. It may sound all well and good in theory, but the reality is an absurd slice of hokum that fails to offer anything new or inventive.
