PREVIEW
Naturally, this wasn't press screened for critics having been slaughtered by the scribes in America - it bombed at the box-office and appears to be a further nail in the cinematic coffin of Paris Hilton. The story centres on Nate (Moore) who travels to LA to find Hilton's character, whom he has been in love with since childhood. But a hurdle appears in the form of June (Lakin), the best friend who has a face like a picture printed on used toilet paper. Of course, he starts to see the real her and falls in love with the beauty within. It sounds pretty awful, and according to users of IMDB it is in fact the worst film of all time, having an approval rating of 1.1. Although, many people would have pre-empted the average with a low score purely on the basis of Hilton's appearance - can we really blame them? The Chicago Tribune spewed that it "trumpeted one of the most anti-feminist messages in recent film history", while the Arizona Republic said "This movie hates unattractive women". The critics didn't just hate it, it really pissed them off. Paying to see the likes of this appears to be the cinematic equivalent of funding terrorism. Just say no, kids.
