After hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans, it was destroyed and the world watched on as one of America's much loved cities tried to rebuild itself. In this feature length documentary showing that the disaster could have been prevented, Harry Shearer speaks to investigators, an Army- Corps Engineer and local residents. Meanwhile, John Goodman lends a hand to host some short segments. The Big Uneasy shows never seen before footage of the moment when New Orleans began to flood and the investigation that followed.
