Rear Window
- Director: Alfred Hitchcock.
- Starring: James Stewart, Grace Kelly, Thelma Ritter
- Details: US / 112 mins / Gen
Hitchcock's most claustrophobic offering stars James Stewart as a wheelchair-bound voyeur who becomes convinced that his neighbour across the courtyard has murdered his wife. A masterclass in tension, Rear Window's IFC run is bulwarked by Vertigo [March 27, 28], North by Northwest [March 25, 26] and Psycho [March 29, 30]. If you've ever wondered what all the fuss was about, this is as good a place to start as any.
