Dancer In The Dark

Selma (Bjork) is a poor Czech immigrant who has to face the challenge posed by her declining eyesight and that of her son, Gene. Although it's a musical, 'Dancer in the Dark' side-steps the glaring lack of continuity most musicals face by having Bjork sing 'n' dance her own numbers. A challenging film that rewards patience.
