As American forces prepare to launch an assault on the Pacific island of Saipan, marines Cage and Slater are delegated to mind and protect the Navajo Indians (Beach, Willie) who carry an unbreakable code. A huge disappointment, given the premise, cast, and the pyrotechnics of Woo's previous outings.
