What better excuse does a scriptwriter need to get Jackie Chan doing his chop-socky stuff than Jackie discovering a magic dinner jacket with a propensity for martial arts? Actually, there's about a million better excuses; this leaden, unfunny outing is just a shoddy attempt to cash in on Chan's current hot streak.
