An Eddie Murphy vehicle (as in tricycle), The Haunted Mansion sees the loud-mouthed comic playing a smart-assed real estate agent whose wife gets the deal of a lifetime, selling a local mansion. Thing is, the house is haunted and the spirits are out. A lifeless comedy-adventure which never gets into anything resembling a stride, The Haunted Mansion fails to impress.
