Willis plays a Navy SEAL sent into war-torn Nigeria to rescue doctor Bellucci, but not the refugees she cares for. Why? Mainly, if the end credits are anything to go by, as an excuse for imperialist propaganda. A by-the-numbers script resists any genuine engagement.
