Starsky's (Stiller) a workaholic. Hutch (Wilson) is a little more chilled out, doing most of his investigating via street-connection Huggy Bear (Dogg). So what's new with the boys? Very little, as it happens; most of the gags here are laughing it up at the '70s, and most of them work.
