Let's be blunt. If you've not seen this already, chances are you have no interest. And you'd be right. The fans maintain this is the best of the new films and this reviewer is inclined to agree. Everything has been turned up a notch as the last piece of the puzzle is completed. Narrative thrust has never been Lucas's forte; and as we know how the story is going to end, here it is practically neglected. This is over-compensated with a mammoth display of technological wizardry. It's the spectacle you'd expect and it will either please you greatly or just grate you. This reviewer falls into the latter category and wishes Lucas a commercially successful DVD-selling Christmas.
