Two years after his wife scrawled moth-like figures while dying of a brain tumour, John Klein (Gere) finds himself compelled to investigate a rash of banshee-like Mothman sightings that appear to predict disaster. A competent X-Files-alike psychological thriller, and one that finds Gere in surprisingly good acting form.
