A Bond parody, in which Atkinson plays a bumbling spy who accidentally manages to save the world. The gags are entirely predictable, and whether or not you enjoy this movie depends on where you stand on Mr Bean. Malkovich hams it up as the bad guy, but otherwise there's no need to see this one.
