Stalwarts of Kevin Smith's back catalogue, Jay (Mewes) and Silent Bob (Smith) discover that Hollywood is making a movie about them; hi- and lo-jinks ensue when they head for LA to nip proceedings in the bud. If you can get past the in-jokes, the rest is low-brow and gratuitously offensive; diehard Kevin Smith fans, however, will love this. All both of you.
