Oversized Santa elf Ferrell gets banished from the North Pole for being too clumsy, but manages to bring some cheer to his long-lost curmudgeonly father Caan in time for Christmas. It's Rudolf meets Scrooge, and Ferrell's performance makes Elf the least worst Christmas movie in years.
