George Clooney's directorial debut tells the confusing but intriguing story of Chuck Barris (Rockwell), who was a not-so-mild-mannered TV show host by day and a CIA operative by night. A strong cast performs well, but it is Clooney's relaxed, deft direction that proves most pleasing.
