Christmas with the Kranks
- Rating:

- Director:
- Starring: Dan Aykroyd
- Details: US, 100 mins, PG.
Anyone like Tim Allen? John Grisham? If you answer yes to these questions, well then, you are a minority. But a minority who are in for a treat. Everyone else should take the tagline of 'NO! HO! HO!' very seriously. Especially the 'NO!' part. Allen plays Daddy Krank, Curtis is Mammy Krank and Gonzalo is Daughter Krank. When grown up daughter Blair gets shipped to Peru with the Peace Corps for the holidays, the family deals with it by planning a non-festive yuletide in the Caribbean. However, the Christmas crazy neighbours aren't having any of it and proceed to wreak havoc on the Kranks' lives until they give in and celebrate in the good old-fashioned American way. Painfully contrived, predictable and inane, Christmas with the Kranks leaves a lot to be desired - except for the end credits that is.
