Badlands
- Rating:

- Director: Terence Malick
- Starring: Martin Sheen
- Details: US / 94 mins (15PG).
Set in the '50s, this re-issue of Malick's superb debut, a desolate take on the Bonnie-and-Clyde myth, follows the fortunes of the James Dean-fixated Sheen as he murders Spacek's father before taking her on a killing spree through the 'badlands' of Nebraska and Wyoming. Riveting stuff, and a bona fide classic.
