Small-town reporter Jesse (Cook) gets what she's always wanted - a serial killer, who video-tapes his victims, right there on her doorstep. When Jesse herself disappears, all her crew, including her producer (Sciorra) comes under suspicion - and the arrival of a reporter from the nationally syndicated American Crime TV show ratchets up the tension. A so-so thriller that has plenty of plot-twists in its favour.
