When the wife of narcotics cop Vetter (Diesel) gets caught in the murderous fall-out of a drug sting, Vetter must decide if he wants to step outside the law in order to bring her killers to justice. Sound familiar? It should. A lame, vigilante-style film that Eastwood and Bronson were doing much better 30 years ago.
