That this tale of a Vegas casino heist-gone-wrong during an Elvis impersonator convention went straight to video, despite the relatively solid cast headed by Costner and Russell, is mainly due to two things: a terrible script and Demian Lichtenstein, a man who couldn't direct traffic on a merry-go-round. Avoid at all costs.
